The Coffee Guy - Mobile Coffee Van in Wellington

The Coffee Guy is a mobile coffee van based in Petone, serving freshly made espresso coffee across Wellington for workplaces, private events, corporate functions and public events.

Whether you want to treat your staff, thank your customers, serve great coffee at a wedding or add a mobile coffee van to a school gala or festival, The Coffee Guy makes it easy to bring quality barista coffee directly to your guests.

Fresh coffee made on site

Great coffee starts with the right beans. The Coffee Guy uses specially selected beans chosen for their smoothness and richness, then batch-roasted to create a consistent signature flavour.

The mobile coffee van is fully equipped to prepare freshly made espresso drinks on site, so guests can order their favourite coffee just as they would from a café.

Alongside the coffee, The Coffee Guy can also offer treats such as:

• Mrs Higgins Cookies, including gluten-free options

• Brownies

• Freshly baked muffins

• Cold drinks

• Classic Over Ice drinks

• Smoothies

• Frappes

Take-home coffee packs may also be available for guests who want to enjoy the same blend at home.

Coffee for private events

The Coffee Guy can come to private events throughout Wellington and provide freshly made espresso coffee for your guests for an agreed period of time.

A fixed fee can be arranged in exchange for coffee credits, allowing guests to order drinks from the mobile coffee van during the agreed service period.

This option works especially well for:

• Corporate functions

• Weddings

• Birthday parties

• Staff events

• Customer events

• Private celebrations

It is a simple way to give guests access to professionally made coffee without having to organise equipment, staff or a separate coffee station.

Coffee Shouts for staff and customers

Want to thank your customers for their business or reward your team for a job well done?

A Coffee Shout lets you invite everyone to enjoy a freshly made espresso coffee from the mobile coffee van. Cookies, muffins and other treats can also be added.

For businesses, it offers a relaxed way to connect with customers or give employees a chance to step away from work, enjoy a coffee and spend time together.

Fundraising at public events

The Coffee Guy can also attend larger public events across the Wellington region, including school galas, festivals and sporting fixtures.

For suitable events, a pre-agreed percentage of the coffee van's takings can be donated back to the organising group or organisation.

This gives event organisers an easy way to add fresh barista coffee to the event while also creating an additional fundraising opportunity.

Workplace coffee delivery

Based in Petone, The Coffee Guy also offers regular workplace coffee delivery around Wellington.

The mobile coffee van arrives at your workplace at an agreed time, and staff can order drinks such as flat whites, hot chocolates and other favourites directly from the van.

Flexible payment options can include EFTPOS, prepaid multi-buy cards and account arrangements.

There is no long-term commitment required, making it easy for workplaces to try the service and see whether it suits their team.
